Design System

At Keap I founded the DesignOps team and placed a focus on driving more efficiency into our design organization, as well as our design system. I placed a senior designer over the DesignOps team who drove the day-to-day work of getting our library packs, templates, and documentation up and running, as well as working directly with engineers for implementation. Another big portion was standardizing our tools and processes to ensure we were operating efficiently and effectively across all of our feature teams.
